Events are at the centre of our community. Four times a year, they provide the perfect platform for our Members and Partners to come together to connect, collaborate and create opportunities.
The uniqueness of Network Group events
Network Group events are unique and designed for Members to support each other to grow and succeed. Having the time to meet face to face is invaluable, allowing space for collaboration with peers that’s difficult to achieve when in the depths of running a business day in, day out.
Every event brings new opportunities to explore, and our sessions are carefully curated to reflect current challenges and revenue opportunities within the market.
Our four stand-out events each year include:
· Vision – this is the first opportunity in the year for our community to come together, begin working on goals for the year ahead. The partner-led roundtables, networking dinner and schedule full of focused sessions are the best way to kick off the year.
· Exhibition, Gala and Awards – a highlight of the Network Group calendar, this event is always a favourite. Workshops, expo, masterclasses and awards evening give Members and Partners the chance to connect, collaborate and celebrate successes.
· Momentum – at our summer event Momentum, we focus on building relationships. Members and Partners take part in exciting team challenges and have time to network and connect over an al-fresco dinner.
· ConfEx – the final event of the year is all about promoting brands, launching products, growing sales and of course, networking! Our ConfEx event is the perfect way to wrap up 2025.
Memorable moments from the Network Group community
Last year, we hit a big milestone – our 30th anniversary and our 2024 Exhibition, Gala and Awards definitely stands out as one of our most memorable highlights. From being hosted at Wembley Stadium and welcoming over 260 Members and Partners (our biggest ever turnout!) to raising over £30,000 for the Street Soccer Foundation, it was an outstanding event.
We asked some of the Network Group community what some of their most memorable moments have been, here’s what couple of them had to say …
Network Group Events Director, Austen Clark - “Galas have always been a highlight of the year with Network Group, coming together to recognise and acknowledge those that have gone the extra mile for others.”
Mike Morgan - “There are so many I can’t single any of them out, but one of the best is when we have won an award.”
Former Executive Director, Mark Matthews – “This is a tricky question to answer as there are so many to choose from, but we have seen some fantastic speakers over the years; two that stand out to me are the 7/7 bombing victim (although she would never say she was a victim) Martine Wright, and Polar bear Pirate author, Adrian Webster. Some of the most memorable events that the Network Group team put on for me were go-karting in the pouring rain in Milton Keynes and then at Ardencote playing it’s a knockout with everyone jumping in and out of 4 massive foam filled washing machines - definitely memorable moments, but for very different reasons!”
