Alchemist, multi-published author and former “Chief Envisioning Officer” at Microsoft UK, Dave Coplin, will keynote at Network Group’s flagship event in April

Network Group (NG), a member-owned community of MSPs, IT resellers and retailers, has unveiled the keynote speaker for its flagship technology event.
Self-proclaimed ‘alchemist, catalyst and founder of The Envisioners’, Dave Coplin, will entertain delegates at the Group’s Exhibition, Gala & Awards event in Leeds in April.
For over 30 years, Dave Coplin has worked with or for the world’s largest technology companies, most recently as Microsoft UK’s “Chief Envisioning Officer”. He helps organisations and individuals to see the full potential that technology offers of a modern, digital society. He focuses not on the technology itself, but on the humans who use it.
Dave is an established author on topics surrounding the future of work and our relationship with technology. His first book: “Business Reimagined”, provided a view of a new working environment based on collaborative and flexible working that almost a decade later, has become the new normal for many organisations.
His second book, The Rise of the Humans (2014) provides a further call to action, for both individuals and organisations to learn how to complement (rather than compete with) the power of transformational technologies like big data and artificial intelligence in order to take back control of the potential that technology offers our businesses and our society.
