Introducing the ConnectWise Incident Response Tabletop Workshop
We know cybersecurity needs to encompass People, Process and Technology(PPT) but what are some of the ways we can demonstrate to end customers the importance of PPT?
How do we make the risk real to the end customer whilst still adding value, avoiding FUD and selling widgets?

12:00pm Keynote - A Better Way with Greg Van Der Gaast
Starting life as a teenage hacker who spent several years working undercover for the US DoD and FBI after hacking a nuclear weapons facility, Greg is the best-selling Author of “Rethinking Infosec” and “What We Call Security”, a former CISO and Chief Technologist, and now Managing Director at Sequoia Consulting. Unlike most in the field of cybersecurity, his focus is on addressing the often non-technical causes that lead to the introduction of vulnerabilities rather than firefighting these symptoms, transforming security from a risk management cost-centre to one that lowers costs by preventing risk from occurring in the first place.
In his talk, A Better Way, Greg will be taking a look at the fundamental reasons why security is struggling to keep up with the growing number of threats and vulnerabilities, as well as what concepts from other more mature industries can be applied to reverse the tide.
