Network Group are thrilled to announce we’re teaming up with Frazzled Cafe to bring our event to a close on 20th November, in a timely keynote session speaking about the challenges and stresses of modern life as we continue to navigate the ‘new normal’.

Founded by recognised mental health advocate Ruby Wax OBE, Frazzled Cafe is a registered charity that operates with the purpose of providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where people who are feeling frazzled and overwhelmed by the stresses of modern life can meet on a regular basis to talk and share their personal stories.

We offer online virtual meetings, typically lasting 45-60 minutes. These take the format of both larger group forums (around 50-100 people) hosted by Ruby Wax, and smaller peer support meetings hosted by trained Frazzled Cafe volunteers, with a maximum of 12 attendees to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to contribute, if they want to.

Frazzled Cafe meetings are not about therapy or offering solutions. They provide a safe and confidential space where people can simply speak openly without worrying about judgement amongst others who understand how it feels to be frazzled.


Business Development Director, EMEA Datto, Inc.

As Business Development Director, EMEA, Greg is responsible for expanding and driving  the success of Datto’s partner program and unique MSP ecosystem across the region. With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Greg has extensive knowledge in expertly managing the development of technology and business processes.

Prior to joining Datto in October 2019, Greg was CTO for a large managed service provider in the Northwest of England. Greg started his management career in IT for the public sector after securing a senior IT management position within the local authority, and later went on to private consultancy for central government.

Greg’s passion extends to his community where he serves as Business Ambassador for Alder Hey Children’s Charity, whose mission is to support the young patients, families and the staff at Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust.

Arlin Sorenson has been involved in the IT
world for over 35 years as the founder of Sorensen’s Computer Connection in 1985, and then through M&A to become a partner and CEO of Heartland Technology Solutions in 2003.
He founded HTS Ag in 1995 to meet the needs for technology for growers in the production agriculture. That business has expanded today to include not only GPS based technologies for farmers, but grain bin management systems, drones and UAV technologies, and other things that enable farmers to feed the world. It continues to operate from their offices on the farm.

Arlin also served as founder and CEO of the Heartland Tech Groups in 2000 which are peer mentoring groups for IT company business leaders. They currently have over 600 member companies in the programs. They sold that business to ConnectWise on in 2018 when he became VP of Ecosystem Evangelism for them.

Managing Director, CMI

Ken has worked in IT for over thirty-eight years and has extensive experience in the IT Services arena.
Ken started out as an engineer before realising that selling IT services and  hardware interested him most. He joined the original CMI and, through organic and acquisitive growth, he was instrumental in the formation of Aurora UniComp, which was subsequently purchased by the Viridian Group, becoming Sx3, now Capita Plc. He then went on to spend time in Telecoms and the Internet industry but came back to IT Services with the formation of the new CMI in 2009.

Ken’s goal is for the CMI team to offer an unrivalled level of client service. He says he doesn’t have a lot of spare time so what little he does have is taken up with researching his ancestry, travelling, compiling spreadsheets (yes, they relax him!) and cooking.

Joint Owner & Director, Prism Corporate Broking

Robert is one of the joint owners and directors of Prism Corporate Broking, a specialist M&A advisory firm dedicated to advising owner-managers in the Technology sector (many of which are in SITS). He has always worked with and within private sector SMEs thus has a deep understanding of their dynamics and challenges.  Prior to joining Prism he worked as a consultant and advisor for over ten years, advising owner-managers on a wide range of strategic business development and succession issues, with a particular interest in technology & innovation.  Robert has a Masters in Marketing from Cranfield University. He joined Prism in 2007.

Vice President, AppRiverPaul brings over 24 years’ experience in the Technology Industry, building great teams focused on growing new markets and driving revenue growth within Cybersecurity, SaaS, and IT Managed Services; both in the Enterprise and SMB markets. Paul has extensive experience working with PE/VC backed and publicly listed organisations.

Currently, Paul is the International VP for Zix | AppRiver a Cybersecurity, Productivity and Data Compliance organisation. He also served as VP of International Sales at Continuum building their hugely successful Channel in EMEA and APAC. Prior to Continuum Paul built a multi-million pound IT Managed Services organisation which after 12 successful years, was acquired by a leading European telecoms provider.  He was then Head of Managed IT Services at IP Integration Group and served as European Sales Director at Business Relations International, an enterprise management software organisation, where he successfully built a European channel.

Paul has well over a decade of experience in business development, in roles requiring engagement face to face and over the phone, in positions managing his own territory and being responsible for coaching and managing others.  During this time, he has worked on both sides of the Atlantic, with a wide range of prospects, clients, products and services providing a well-rounded understanding of what works and perhaps more importantly, what doesn’t!

With a strong understanding of relationship building and selling in the world of technology, Paul has also been at the sharp end of MSP sales and account management during his time with Taylor Made, working with prospects and clients who often had wildly varied historical challenges and requirements to fulfil.

Tom Davis is a UK based Channel Development Manager at Avast, a FTSE100 Software Security company. This role enables Tom to empower channel partners with the knowledge to deliver appropriate security solutions for the SMB & mid-market customers. Although Avast enjoys working with a broad partner base, Tom has considerable experience in working with Avast’s managed services providers.

Chief Information Security Officer, Bleam

Chris Murray is the co-founder of Yorkshire based Bleam Cyber Security. Bleam  provides  specialist managed security services and security consulting to SME’s throughout the UK, protecting them from cyber crime and data breaches while enabling compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. Chris has extensive experience working across information security, including in-sourcing a large managed network security service for one of the largest banks in Europe.

Amy Lishman has recently moved roles in Fujitsu to a Regional Sales Manager  and her focus is to support both partners and end customers in the Midlands region, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Chantelle Hawke is a new starter to Fujitsu but comes with a lot of industry experience. Having previously worked in Distribution, Chantelle joins Fujitsu as a Partner Account Manager with a focus on supporting partners on their Fujitsu journey.

Jamie is CEO of Invarosoft® and launched his MSP, eNerds®, in 2000 growing the company organically to over 45 staff and $9 million in revenue across 4 cities. He was listed in the MSPmentor 250 twice and the MSPmentor501 from 2011 to 2019 and his MSP won SMB Partner of the Year five times in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 at the ARN ICT Industry Awards.

Invarosoft won best Educational Presentation at ASCII Summit Ann Arbor 2018 and was a finalist at the CRN Impact Awards 2019. Jamie has been a member of Entrepreneurs Organization from 2009 to 2020 and served as President in 2014/15 for the Sydney Chapter.
