With more than 20 years of experience within the IT Channel, Simon has successfully developed performing teams and provided revenue growth along with channel breadth, and now has transferred his extensive range of skills and competencies to aid business development and growth within Network Group.

He has a wealth of experience with end user, reseller and distributor and good technical knowledge, which has provided an excellent foundation for sales and engagement. Simon’s approach is activity balanced with tactical execution and strategic planning, and is a keen team member and leader with excellent people and communication skills. This has been proven by developing business plans which not only maintain but provide incremental sales revenues within nominated accounts.

Clear and consistent communication, excellent people skills and the ability to motivate others are quite often the difference between a great business person and a great business leader. Simon has always, and very consciously, ensured that as a direct result of taking the time to understand, drive and develop those around him, that good leadership prevails.

During Simon’s time within the IT channel he has had the opportunity to create many business relationships and cultivate friendships, which have proven credible and invaluable, and which Network Group now benefits from.
